A family beach resort unique to Australia’s South West with quality self-contained accommodation and facilities for everyone

Founded in 1964 from humble beginnings, Mandalay Holiday Resort has grown to earn recognition as one of Australia’s premier ‘award winning’ resort destinations.  For over 60 years we have been welcoming guests from all over Australia and the world.  We love what we do and we think it shows.

Nestled between Busselton and Dunsborough, and just a two and a half hour drive south of Perth, Mandalay Resort is the perfect base to explore, relax and unwind in Western Australia’s beautiful South West.

The resort offers a wide variety of accommodation styles which include Glamping Tents, Studio Cabins, Two and Three Bedroom Standard or Superior Chalets, Superior Spa Chalets, Beach Cottages and Two Storey Villas.  If your preference is camping then our beautiful shady Powered and Ensuite sites are available. 

We’ve got the kids covered!  They’ll be kept busy with our playgrounds, games room, three swimming pools, water slide, bike hire and playing fields.  Our kiosk and famous lolly shop for the sweet tooth ensures they are all well fed.  Keep an eye on the “Mandalay Happenings” via our website for school holiday activities such as laser tag, art classes, foam parties, hair braiding and movie nights.  Local food vans also join us from time to time (subject to availability) and this information can also be found on the website.

Our new Conference and Meeting Room facilities allow you to now combine business and pleasure, all in one.  Why not bring the family to enjoy a getaway whilst also being able to take care of business.  We have hot desk space available for guests to use during those times when you need a quiet spot to work from during business hours.

The South West region is a haven for every holiday maker or traveller.  Whether it be a relaxing getaway style ‘taste sensation’ to explore all of our wonderful food and wine options, or something more adventurous like caving, surfing or hiking the world renowned and popular Cape to Cape – we have something for everyone!
